WeddingCore was created for couples who want their wedding day to feel magical without feeling overwhelming.
Danielle & Nathaniel are the husband-and-wife team behind WeddingCore. As newlyweds themselves, they loved their wedding journey so much that they have found a passion for bringing out the fairytale in everyone’s love story.
Based in Pittsburgh, we offer day-of, on-site wedding décor and cleanup services rooted in a wildflower, fairycore aesthetic. Our style is whimsical, romantic, and a little bit dreamy — think candelabras glowing at golden hour, mismatched floral china, soft linens, goblets catching the light, lanterns tucked into corners, and arches that feel like they grew there naturally.
But WeddingCore isn’t just about how things look — it’s about how the day feels.
We know that getting engaged and planning a wedding can be deeply exciting and deeply exhausting all at once. The process of navigating the wedding industry can feel isolating and stressful instead of joyful. WeddingCore was built with that reality in mind.
Our goal is simple: to lift the mental and physical burden of décor and cleanup so couples can be fully present on their wedding day.
We handle setup, styling, and teardown — because celebrating love shouldn’t end in exhaustion.
Sustainability is core to what we do. WeddingCore primarily uses secondhand and vintage pieces, giving beautiful objects a second life while reducing waste. Our team is small, community-centered, and proudly inclusive. We are everyday people helping other everyday people celebrate love in a way that feels true to them.
The lead designer, Danielle, brings a background in film set design, which means we approach weddings like storytelling spaces — layered, atmospheric, and emotionally resonant. Whether you’re planning a micro-wedding, an artsy non-traditional celebration, or a budget-conscious event, we’re here to support you with care, creativity, and respect for an enchanted evening.
WeddingCore proudly serves all couples and intentionally embraces LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients. Love is not one-size-fits-all, and weddings shouldn’t be either.
At the end of the day, we believe your wedding should feel like yours — not a performance, not a checklist, and not something you have to survive.

Packages & Pricing
This package includes a total wildflower-themed decor set up with vintage mismatched floral plates, goblets, napkins, golden silverware, artificial flowers, arches, candelabras, a photo backdrop, and more! Everything is handled from set up to tear down, so you may be present on your wedding day!
Handmade candle favors can come in any scent or color, with custom-designed stickers for the tops as wedding favors. These are 50 for every 25 candles.
Ceremony Program Fans are custom-designed and made for your special day! They are 40 per 25 fans.
Custom Designed Signage for your event, such as seating charts, order of events, menus & bar signs printed on 18 × 24 glossy foam for 50 per sign.
WeddingCore will work with the couple on an order of flowers based on their budget. This package is for the care, transportation, and arrangement of live flowers for decor. The price starts at 750 for this service and increases based on the size of the order and supplies needed.
Hand-painted stained glass welcome signs are made on a 24 × 36 acrylic sheet and are 250.
Hand-painted stained glass card boxes are 100.
Just want to elevate your tablescape? Rent beautiful, vintage floral mismatched dinner plates, pink & purple cloth napkins, golden silverware, and pink & purple plastic water goblets to use for your dinner. Service for 50 starts at 500 and includes drop off and pick up at your venue, and all dishwashing.
Cleaning up your venue after your wedding! This is an add-on package for those with non-traditional venue’s that don’t come with staff. We can vacuum, put tables away, handle trash, etc. whatever is personally required for each unique venue.
