WeddingCore LLC was created for couples who want their wedding day to feel magical—not overwhelming.
WeddingCore LLC provides full-service styling & decorating at your selected venue to provide a whimsical and floral aesthetic. From reception tablescapes to ceremony decor to live floral arrangements, WeddingCore LLC can design & decorate your venue for an enchanted evening.
Tablescapes include vintage mismatched dinner plates, golden metal silverware, ivory tablecloths, linen napkins, and table runners. This includes welcome tables and other accent tables, as well. An ever-growing inventory of other decor items is at your disposal as well inclduing candleabras, votive candle holders, hurricane vases, floating candles, LED tapers, and more.
Have something you want included that’s yours? No problem! We are happy to incorporate any of your items into the design.
Love flowers? WeddingCore LLC is a licensed home-based event florist as well. If you can dream it, we can make it. Decorate your tables with gorgeous centrepieces and bud vases, your aisle with colorful blooms, or delicate chair arrangements. Vases and setup included.
Most importantly, we handle the heavy lifting as a team so you can actually be present on your special day. Table & chair set up/teardown and venue cleaning are optional add-ons to make your day completely stress-free.
WeddingCore LLC prioritizes sustainable, secondhand, and thrifted decor items and proudly celebrates all love—loudly welcoming LGBTQ+ and non-traditional unions.

Packages & Pricing
This package includes a total wildflower-themed decor set up with vintage mismatched floral plates, goblets, napkins, golden silverware, artificial flowers, arches, candelabras, a photo backdrop, and more! Everything is handled from set up to tear down, so you may be present on your wedding day!
Handmade candle favors can come in any scent or color, with custom-designed stickers for the tops as wedding favors. These are 50 for every 25 candles.
Ceremony Program Fans are custom-designed and made for your special day! They are 40 per 25 fans.
Custom Designed Signage for your event, such as seating charts, order of events, menus & bar signs printed on 18 × 24 glossy foam for 50 per sign.
WeddingCore will work with the couple on an order of flowers based on their budget. This package is for the care, transportation, and arrangement of live flowers for decor. The price starts at 750 for this service and increases based on the size of the order and supplies needed.
